I know I joked around at Fulford about what second language I should learn... but now that I'm serious about doing international human rights work (in one form or another) I really need to learn another language! The organizations I am looking into, mostly international NGO's, favor french or spanish. You all know my love for the french language (as in the fact I find I can't pronounce anything). But I still think its very useful for work in Africa and Europe. So please select one and post a comment. Should I learn:

I will never forget the night we all sing together in the living room and Dave iand Sasha sang say it ain't so..so funny! me and Dave thought we could sing it during our last examinations, on the table! that could be very funny!!! :-D
I miss you guys so much!! :-( I attached some of the picture I printed in my room so everytime I enter it I remain staring at that frame for 1 hour! :-D

Email From My Friend

Hey man, just thought I would let you know that, on Gmail, the email service that I use has been sending me lots of spam about stroopwafels. Yeah they read your mail and then send you ads but I thought you'd get a kick out of it...though now I am thinking I might have to import a case for me and my roomates.

He's the guy who gave me a ride from NYC to Philadelphia. When emailing him about a ride was in Amsterdam and I offered to get him something European and I suggested.... you guessed it.... stroopwafels.

Last night before going to sleep I was thinking about everyone in the house. I had a list going in my head of two things I would want to show each of you if I were to give you a tour of San Francisco.

I drifted off to sleep and dreamt I was back in York, in our house (but the house had changed shape, it was square, had fewer windows, but was 3 times the size of fulford). Outside it was fall, leaves were flying all over in a storm and the house had moved right next to the ragging Ouse.

In the living room area everyone was sitting on chairs and couches (yes in my dream we got a couch). We were all sad because we knew tomorrow would be our last day in the house. Ines was sitting next to Gildas; they were both almost crying. Amidst this Patrick comes in the house and flops down on a chair drunk! In the dream I knew he was drunk because he was extremely social, happy, and yelling at the top of his lungs. Ha. At that point I woke up. I just wanted to tell everyone how much the dream made me homesick for fulford. I miss you guys so much.

Hi dears!!
I saw there was a lot of talking about food in the last post!!
Here I'm again in Bologna!!I changed my room, I finish to unpack and tomorrow I will start the final project at the university!! quite stressing..
I'm trying to take a decision about the specialistic degree..as always I don't know what to choose..ufffff!!

Che pizza!!(what a pizza!!)

I have a official news: I'm exploding!! :-DDD
This evening I had big pizza dinner with the entire family!!..I have no words to describe what we ate!!! There were arrosticini( an abruzzese typical dish of chopped meat on wooden sticks) and a loooooooooooooooooooooot of pizza(with, tomatoes, peppers, hot peppers, potatoes, courgettes, wurstel) and then water melon, and cake!!!

I didn't realize my stomach was so big!! :-D
In 2 days I'll come back to Bologna!!!
